Bids Manager (Brisbane)

Are you an experienced Bid Coordinator ready to take the next step, or an established Bid Manager looking to join a collaborative and growing consultancy?
ADP Consulting is seeking a Bid Manager to join our Brisbane team. Working closely with our Bid Leaders and Director of Strategic Growth, you'll play a key role in developing high-quality bids, tenders and proposals that help secure exciting projects and support the continued growth of our business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing the bid process, building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering compelling submissions in a fast-paced environment.

What is your role?
Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Coordinate with technical teams and subject matter experts to develop compelling proposals.
Tailor submissions to client requirements by identifying key win themes and project insights.
Support bid planning activities and contribute to go/no-go decisions.
Continuously improve bid processes, templates and best practices.
Conduct client, market and competitor research to strengthen proposal strategies.
Support business development initiatives, including CRM management and industry engagement where required.

About You
Experience:
Generally6-8years'experience in your field, with a strong background in bid management and business development within engineering, construction, or professional services.
Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualification combined with equivalent training and accreditation.
Technicalexpertise:
Strong knowledge of proposal writing, bid strategy, project management for proposals, and CRM implementation.
Technical skills:
High levelofproficiencyin advancedvisualisationtools, including InDesign, alongside advanced MS Office skills.Templafyexperience is highly regarded.
Attributes:
Well-developed problem-solving skills, substantial initiative, excellent communication across multiple disciplines, and the confidence to independently meetobjectiveswhile building trust with stakeholders.
Leadership:
Demonstratedability to mentor and guide junior team members, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-performing bid culture.
