Our client is a Fortune 500 SaaS company and global leader in creative and digital experience software, empowering millions of individuals and businesses to create, collaborate, and grow. As they continue to scale their ANZ Customer Experience business, they are seeking a License Compliance Consultant to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of compliance and commercial strategy. You'll drive a compliance-based sales approach across the ANZ CXO business - identifying and resolving licensing non-compliance and usage risks, and converting these into genuine commercial opportunities that support sustainable revenue growth.
What You'll Do
Compliance Risk Identification & Resolution
Proactively analyse customer licensing and usage data to detect non-compliance, overuse, and misuse
Conduct formal audits and internal compliance reviews using analytics tools
Advise account teams and customers on remediation strategies to ensure compliance and minimise risk
Revenue Generation & Sales Enablement
Turn compliance insights into upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities through compelling commercial offers
Support pipeline growth by qualifying opportunities and accelerating deal progression through compliance-driven events
Customer Engagement & Education
Lead sensitive, technical conversations with C-suite, IT, and legal stakeholders to drive compliance and value realisation
Deliver education and outreach programs to improve customer understanding of licensing terms and standards
Build trust and drive high customer retention by demonstrating the value of compliant software usage
Process & Framework Development
Contribute to the ongoing formalisation and improvement of the License Advisory (LA) framework for CXO solutions
Standardise processes for compliance monitoring, reporting, and customer engagement across teams
Support change management and enablement initiatives to drive internal adoption
Data Analysis & Reporting
Apply tools to monitor and report on compliance status
Generate entitlement and usage reports, analyse spending trends, and deliver actionable insights to customers
What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in license compliance, ideally gained within a software company or leading consulting organisation
A track record leading compliance reviews, addressing anti-piracy challenges, and navigating complex contract work
Strong working knowledge of compliance methodologies, software tools, and licensing models
Confidence managing high-stakes customer engagements alongside deep technical detail
A relationship-first approach - skilled, trusted, and commercially minded
