Genus is seeking qualified and experienced Team Leaders, Crew Leaders and Worksite Leaders (Lineworkers) to join our expanding operations across VIC.
Genus Infrastructure Victoria is a leading electrical contractor specialising in the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead powerlines and underground power distribution networks. We are seeking experienced Team Leaders, Crew Leaders, and Worksite Leaders (Lineworkers) to join our Victorian operations based at our Dandenong South depot.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for leading line crews to safely deliver high-quality construction, maintenance, and repair works across overhead and underground electricity distribution networks. You will provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to your crew while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.

You are a safety-focused leader who enjoys working in a team environment and is committed to delivering quality outcomes. You will have:
Strong communication and leadership skills

A commitment to safe work practices and compliance
The ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments
A willingness to embrace new technologies and industry developments
A desire to continue developing your skills and career within the Electrical Supply Industry
Previous experience as a Team Leader, Crew Leader,



Worksite Leader or in a similar leadership role within the Victorian Electrical Supply Industry
Current Victorian Electrical Work Licence
Heavy Rigid (HR) or Medium Rigid (MR) Driver's Licence
Current High Risk Work Licence including WP, CV, DG, RB and LF (C2 highly desirable)
Current First Aid Certificate
White Construction Card
Relevant industry licences, authorities and certifications
Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
Qualifications
Certificate III ESI - Distribution Overhead
