EPSA is a growing, multi-site allied health practice in South Australia. We're looking for a sharp, versatile clinician — an
Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
— who enjoys the variety of assessment work as much as hands-on treatment, and who can turn a complex case into a clear, defensible report.
This is a full-time role for someone who likes autonomy, owns their outcomes, and wants to grow with a practice that values efficiency and getting things done properly.
What you'll be doing
Pre-Employment Medicals
— functional pre‐employment screening and medicals for our employer clients, including (or building toward) spirometry, audiometry, and drug & alcohol testing/collection.
Return to Work assessments (RTWAS)
across the SA scheme: suitable employment (WA110A), vocational (WA120A), worksite (WA130A), Functional Capacity Evaluations (WA150A), pre‐injury duties transition (WA160A) and career transition counselling (WA170A).
Functional Capacity Evaluations
for insurers, employers and scheme referrals.
Treatment‐side support
— pitching in on EP / physio / OT caseload where the team needs hands.
If you're an Occupational Therapist, you'll also:




complete NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments and provide assistive technology and equipment recommendations.
What you'll bring
Current registration: AHPRA (Physio or OT) or ESSA accreditation (AEP).
Confidence working independently and managing your own assessment diary.
Strong, explicit report‐writing — you can defend your reasoning to insurers, employers and reviewers.
A current SA driver's licence and the right to work in Australia.
Highly regarded (not essential)
Experience with RTWAS / workers compensation or occupational rehab.
Pre‐employment medical / functional screening experience.
Spirometry, audiometry, and drug & alcohol testing/collection certification — preferred, not essential (training supported).
For OTs — NDIS assessment and AT prescription experience.
