Internal Sales & Support
team member to grow with us.
This role is central to supporting our sales function, maintaining strong client relationships, assisting with quotes and proposals, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, sales, and technical teams. You will play a key role in keeping sales operations running efficiently while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and client documentation
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking
Assist the sales team with reporting, forecasting, and follow-ups
Client Communication & Support
Act as a key point of contact for inbound sales enquiries
Provide timely and professional responses to client requests
Support ongoing client relationships through regular communication
Internal Coordination
Liaise with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate quoting and service delivery
Assist in coordinating project handovers and internal workflows
Lead Management
Qualify inbound leads and allocate opportunities to the appropriate sales team members
Support outbound outreach initiatives and follow-up activities




Assist with the preparation and submission of tender documentation
Work alongside the tender team to ensure compliance and accuracy
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve internal sales processes and efficiency
Contribute to the development of systems and tools that support scalability
About You
Proven
sales experience is essential
Previous experience in an internal sales, sales support, or customer service role
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
A proactive and team-oriented mindset
Security industry experience and/or technical expertise is highly regarded, but not essential
