Contract Administrator | Tier 2 Builder | $50M High-End Residential Project
Join a well-established Tier 2 builder with a reputation for delivering complex projects across commercial, residential, health, education and government sectors, with project values up to $400M.
With a strong pipeline of secured work across multiple sectors, they are now looking to appoint a Contract Administrator to join the team on a high-end $50M residential development in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
The Role
Manage the procurement and administration of subcontract packages, including scope preparation, tendering, negotiations, contract awards and final accounts
Administer subcontractor progress claims, variations, cost forecasting and commercial reporting to ensure the project remains on budget
Assist with head contract administration, including progress claims, external variations, contractual correspondence and risk management
Coordinate RFIs, consultant communication and subcontractor engagement to support programme delivery and minimise commercial risk




Work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team to ensure the successful commercial delivery of the project
About You
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator with a head contractor in Australia
Proven experience delivering new build construction projects valued $30M+
Strong understanding of procurement, subcontract management, cost control and head contract administration
Detail-oriented with strong commercial acumen, communication skills and the ability to work within a high-performing project team
