This role sits at the centre of infrastructure across our Pacific & North East Asia (PNEA) businesses.
You won't just maintain systems, you'll shape how they perform, scale, and stay secure. From day-to-day operations to security uplift and infrastructure projects, your impact will be visible across the business.
This is a full‐time, onsite role, primarily based across Oakleigh and Cheltenham, supporting multiple business locations and teams.
What you'll do
Own and support core infrastructure across the PNEA landscape
Deliver Tier 2/3 support across infrastructure, network, and applications
Manage servers, virtualisation, storage, backup, and cloud environments
Drive patching, vulnerability management, and security improvements
Partner with Group IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Lead or support infrastructure upgrades and project delivery
Contribute to incident management, root cause analysis, and system uplift
Operate in line with internal security, compliance, and safety standards
You'll work across a modern, evolving stack:
Windows Server
VMware (ESXi)
Security & monitoring tools (e.g. Rapid7,



SolarWinds or similar)
Enterprise infrastructure and backup solutions
What you bring
Proven experience in Systems / Infrastructure Administration within a medium to enterprise environment
Strong capability across on‐prem and cloud environments
Solid troubleshooting across infrastructure, network, and application layers
Exposure to cybersecurity, patching, and vulnerability management
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
Clear communication skills across technical and non‐technical stakeholders
Nice to have: ITIL exposure or experience supporting infrastructure projects
