This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of critical infrastructure by providing essential administrative and project coordination support. About The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support across all aspects of the project, ensuring documentation, reporting and communication processes are accurate, effective and compliant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has exceptional attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes and action registers.
Manage project documentation, registers and document control systems.
Prepare reports, correspondence and project presentations.
Support project reporting, tracking and project controls activities.
Assist with procurement administration, purchase orders and subcontractor documentation.
Maintain project records, commercial registers and supporting documentation.
Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, suppliers and clients.
Support WHSE administration, compliance records and training documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and administrative efficiencies.
About You
You'll be a highly organised administrator who enjoys supporting project teams and takes pride in delivering quality work.
You'll ideally have 2+ years' experience in project administration or construction/project support.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
Experience using document management systems (highly regarded).
The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Experience within Defence, engineering, construction or infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
Qualifications
Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Project Administration or a related discipline (preferred).
