About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced
Power Platform & Microsoft 365 Governance Administrator
to join a high performing technology and cyber security team delivering strategic digital transformation initiatives.
This role will play a key part in supporting the governance, administration, security, and ongoing optimisation of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services. Working within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, you will help deliver secure, scalable, and innovative cloud solutions while enabling the safe adoption of automation, citizen development, and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the administration, governance, and operational management of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and the Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, standards, policies, and operational guardrails across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services.
Manage Power Platform environments, tenant configuration, licensing, capacity, security controls, and managed environments.
Implement and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, monitoring, alerting, auditing, and compliance controls.
Support the safe and effective adoption of AI, Copilot Studio, automation solutions, and citizen development initiatives.
Work closely with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders to identify risks, implement controls,



and drive continuous platform improvements.
Provide training, guidance, and operational support to platform users and citizen developers.
Contribute to governance, risk management, and operational excellence through strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Proven experience administering Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and platform environments.
Experience implementing governance frameworks, tenant configurations, environment strategies, and managed environments.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, governance, security, and compliance practices.
Hands on experience implementing DLP policies, monitoring solutions, auditing capabilities, and security controls within Microsoft environments.
Ability to assess technical risks and provide practical governance, remediation, and improvement recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
Desirable Experience
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI agents, and automation solutions.
Experience developing governance models and operational processes for citizen developer programmes.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Dataverse integrations, and enterprise platform architecture.
Experience integrating platform telemetry, audit logs, and monitoring data with enterprise security or SIEM platforms.
Understanding of AI governance,



responsible AI principles, and risk management frameworks.
Relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or Dynamics 365.
Team Environment
You will join a collaborative Data Governance, Architecture and Innovation function, working closely with digital delivery teams and key stakeholders to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. This role offers the prospect to influence governance strategy, drive platform maturity, and support the adoption of emerging Microsoft technologies across a complex enterprise environment.
