We're on the hunt for an experienced, hands-on
Marketing Manager
who gets extra energy working alongside creative individuals who also knows how to lead, execute, and elevate across all things marketing.
You'll work closely with our Founder, Mike, delivering projects from idea to execution across DTC, wholesale, retail, and licensed campaigns. If you're someone who gets excited about product launches, working with global brands, and building an epic team culture, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Founder to plan and execute major campaigns
Lead our Marketing & Customer Service team of 7
Take the lead on licensing partnerships to ensure marketing campaigns meet brand guidelines and align with approvals.
Contribute and evolve our content calendar – from current product drops and seasonal moments to organic and paid strategies.
Oversee and approve web content, SEO optimization and site performance improvements.
Support our team to grow and develop
Assist with wholesale support, including B2B materials, retailer toolkits and POS
Ensure marketing compliance with FSANZ and global licensing requirements.
Skills & Experience:
3+ years in a marketing, brand or campaign leadership role (FMCG or ecommerce brand preferred)




Team-first approach and passion for health, wellness and innovation
Strong background in campaign planning and execution across digital and physical retail
Experience managing licensed brand partnerships (ideal but not essential)
Hands‐on understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and analytics
Strong organisational skills – you thrive with multiple deadlines, timelines, and moving parts
