An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the continued enhancement of a contemporary lending origination platform. This role will suit a Business Analyst with strong business process analysis skills and experience working on customer onboarding or lending journeys within financial services.
The Role
You'll partner with business stakeholders to define future-state lending processes, gather requirements and support the ongoing delivery of enhancements to an established origination platform. This is a business-focused role where understanding customer journeys and lending processes is more important than deep technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
Map and improve business processes.
Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders.
Support end-to-end delivery through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Analyse customer onboarding and lending journeys.
Produce functional requirements and process documentation.
Work collaboratively with Product Owners, business teams and delivery teams.
About You
You'll bring:
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst.




Experience delivering lending or customer onboarding initiatives.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Business process mapping and requirements elicitation expertise.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Financial services experience.
Highly regarded
Experience with lending origination platforms.
Knowledge of Personal Loans, Credit Cards or other unsecured lending products.
Understanding of credit decisioning processes.
Knowledge of AML, CTF and customer identity verification requirements.
Experience working within regulated environments.
