About You:
You are a strategically minded retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, brand-led environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor Area Managers, ensuring alignment with regional and company-wide goals, and provide leadership to Boutique Managers and their teams to drive performance and growth.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, and differentiation.
Lead new store openings and market expansion projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Create and maintain a KIVARI retail calendar, aligning travel and operational schedules with the trade calendar.
Drive sales across all boutiques to achieve budget and outperform LY,



working closely with Area Managers to monitor and analyse store performance metrics.
Develop action plans for underperforming stores and manage retail budgets, P&L;, and cost controls to achieve financial targets and support sustainable growth.
Ensure all stores maintain KIVARI's visual merchandising guidelines and brand presentation standards, conducting monthly store audits.
Actively drive, mentor, and lead the wider team in embodying and promoting KIVARI's culture and values across all areas of the business.
Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in a senior retail leadership role.
Demonstrated success in expanding the retail footprint for a fashion brand is highly regarded.
Inspirational leadership style with experience building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of premium customer experience and brand storytelling.
Demonstrated ability to elevate brand performance and achieve sales growth across a multi-site environment.
Clear and effective communication with the ability to build robust relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility to travel as required and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving retail landscape.
Relevant qualifications in Business, Fashion, or a related field are highly regarded.
