We are looking for an experienced Product Architect to help shape the future of the TechnologyOne Financials product. This is a strategic role that combines deep product thinking with strong technical expertise to design solutions that solve complex financial management challenges for our customers.
You'll work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Designers and stakeholders across the business to define product direction, influence architecture, and ensure our Financials suite continues to deliver modern, scalable and intuitive experiences. Experience with TechnologyOne Financials or enterprise financial management software is highly regarded.

What you'll be doing:
Define the product architecture and technical direction for the TechnologyOne Financials product, ensuring alignment with our long-term product strategy.
Translate customer needs, market insights and business priorities into scalable product designs and solution architecture.
Championing AI-assisted development, Claude is our tool of choice.
Partner with Product Owners, Engineering and UX teams to design, validate and deliver high- quality product capabilities.
Provide architectural leadership across new initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and aligned with TechnologyOne standards.
Influence product roadmaps by identifying opportunities to improve usability, performance, automation and customer value.
Mentor a small team of developers - coaching them to resolve complex technical and functional challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
Ensure solutions support accounting best practice, financial governance and evolving regulatory requirements across our customer base.
Champion design consistency, architectural quality and continuous improvement across the Financials product.
Contribute to technical decision making, mentoring and knowledge sharing across the wider R&D; team.




Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
Proven experience as a Software Architect or Senior Engineer within enterprise SaaS software or similar.
Understanding of financial management systems, including areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Procurement or Asset Accounting.
Experience designing and delivering scalable enterprise software products.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, customer focused product solutions.
Strong understanding of AI assisted development, software architecture, cloud technologies and modern application design principles.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across cross functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes.
