Front of House (FOH) Team Leader
to join our Oasis location.
The Role:
As a Team Leader, you will be the face of our shop and the engine of our daily operations. You will ensure every customer leaves with a smile while maintaining a high standard of efficiency behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Excellence:
Providing premium service and managing customer inquiries.
Barista Duties:
Good-quality coffee preparation (experienced baristas highly valued).
Operations:
Managing stock levels, placing orders, and handling opening/closing procedures.
Leadership:
Managing and motivating the FOH team during busy shifts.
Requirements:




Essential:
Solid experience in the hospitality industry.
Advantageous:
Strong barista skills and previous supervisory experience.
Attributes:
A bright, positive attitude and a proactive "service mind."
Reliability:
Punctuality and strong organizational skills.
