You'll join a multidisciplinary team where collaboration is part of everyday practice, not something that only happens in meetings.
You'll work closely with your Occupational Therapy colleagues while also partnering with clinicians across disciplines to develop coordinated, family-centred intervention plans that reflect each child's unique strengths, needs and goals.
As our clinic continues to expand, you'll have genuine opportunities to contribute beyond your individual caseload into your passion areas. We're building a team of clinicians who are passionate about continually improving both their own practice and the care we provide to children and families.
A sustainable approach to clinical practice
Exceptional therapy requires time for reflection, collaboration and continual learning.
Our full-time clinicians work a structured 38-hour week comprising:
25 hours of face-to-face clinical practice




10 hours of protected administration and documentation
3 hours dedicated to supervision, collaboration, professional development and clinician wellbeing
This time is intentionally protected because we believe sustainable clinicians provide better care.
What you'll bring
We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who brings both strong clinical capability and a collaborative mindset.
You'll have:
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience delivering paediatric Occupational Therapy.
Strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
Confidence providing parent coaching and partnering with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative approach and genuine enjoyment of working within a multidisciplinary team.
A desire to continue learning, contributing and growing alongside your colleagues.
A current Working With Children Check.
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
What we offer
Competitive salary of
$120,750 – $144,500 + Super,
depending on experience.
