$146,768. Package includes salary ($116,981 - $129,492 p.a.), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
About us
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is the independent prosecuting authority responsible for the prosecution of all reliable indictable offences committed against the laws of New South Wales. We are an agency of over **** staff, working throughout NSW to service the main court centres. Our 10 offices have a mix of Crown Prosecutors, Solicitor Advocates, Solicitors and support staff.

Key accountabilities
Support budgeting, forecasting, budget monitoring and overall financial management across the Office.
Prepare and distribute monthly management, financial and performance reports, including cost and variance analysis.
Develop and maintain financial models, reporting tools and data-driven solutions to support analysis and decision-making.
Partner with stakeholders to provide financial advice and support on budgeting, forecasting, business planning, savings initiatives and resource utilisation.
Coordinate and support annual budget preparation, including complex portfolios and business units.
Contribute to project accounting, project reporting and ad hoc financial analysis to support organisational priorities.
About you
Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting and full membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Certified Practising Accountants of Australia or equivalent.
Sound skills in the management, manipulation, interrogation and presentation of financial and related data to support financial analysis, forecasting and reporting.
Accounting experience including costing, project accounting, budget preparation, business partnering, monthly management reporting and variance / ad-hoc financial analysis.
Demonstrable knowledge of database principles and proven experience in utilising/managing financial and operational data and reporting information.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
