Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to support critical identity services. This role requires deep technical expertise across SailPoint, Radiator, and RSA Authentication Manager, combined with strong operational ownership in a enterprise environment.
The candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for complex IAM issues, while contributing as an individual contributor for L3/L4 support, problem resolution, and service stability.
Key Responsibilities: IAM Enterprise Tech Lead
Technical Leadership & SME Ownership
Act as SME for SailPoint (IIQ/ISC), Radiator RADIUS, and RSA Authentication Manager
Provide hands-on L3/L4 support for incident, problem, and service request tickets
Drive deep troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and long-term fixes
Support solution validation, integration troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Operations & Incident Management
Own and manage critical incidents and major incident calls (MIM)
Ensure adherence to SLA-driven ticket resolution and service stability
Perform proactive monitoring, health checks, and issue prevention activities
Contribute to runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge management artifacts
Stakeholder & Service Management
Engage with stakeholders, security teams, and application owners
Provide explicit, proactive, and timely communications during incidents and escalations
Act as technical point of contact for service delivery and escalations
Key Responsibilities: IAM Technical Lead
Provide technical leadership for IAM platforms (no people management responsibility)
Drive solution design validation, troubleshooting support,



and technical governance
Act as escalation point for complex IAM issues and integrations
Work hands-on on incidents, service requests, and problem tickets
Perform deep troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA)
Support access provisioning issues, PAM onboarding, and integration failures
Ensure SLA adherence and operational stability
Lead and actively participate in priority incident calls
Provide technical ownership during Major Incident Management (MIM)
Support real-time mitigation and post-incident RCA activities
Act as SME for CyberArk PAM and SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud
Identify and implement automation and process improvements
Contribute to runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge management
Support audit, compliance, and remediation activities
Responsibilities: SailPoint IdentityNow Tech Lead
Support and administration of SailPoint IdentityNow
Minimum 4+ years overall IT experience
Minimum 2+ years' experience and working knowledge of SailPoint IDN(IdentityNow)
Extensive knowledge of security applications, specifically around identity management
Integration and customization of SailPoint IdentityNow in client environment
Developing Java custom code, custom connectors, and interfaces with other enterprise or cloud-based systems like SAP and ServiceNow
Communicating to clients, vendors and others about aspects of the product and about the implementation at the technical and/or functional level
Developing use cases, testing, debugging, support and maintenance
Interfacing with the client for requirements, customizations, product functionality, and feedback
Leading demos of configurations and customizations and general product OOTB features
Preparing technical and user documentation
Experience in IAM Support/Operations managing Incidents/Tasks/Changes/Problems
Experience with business requirements, design, and documentation of IAM products.
