Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while bringing our company values to life and contributing to long-term success.
The Role
Prioritise Health and Safety and ensure compliance across all sites.
Ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements, performance standards, and KPIs.
Lead and support project teams, Superintendents, Supervisors, and site leaders.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Drive operational excellence through coaching, communication, audits, and risk assurance activities.
Manage contracts, including compliance, variations, extensions, risks, and disputes.
Monitor project performance, maintenance programs, forecasts, and resource utilisation.
Ensure accurate reporting and participate in Operational and Contract Review Meetings.
Support client satisfaction, business growth, and long-term financial performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Evaluate and implement contract performance improvement initiatives.
About You
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
Experience delivering remediation, mining and/or infrastructure projects




Strong commercial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and contract management
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
