Responsibilities
Facilitate planning sessions and workshops to build alignment and collaboration across project teams
Support programme reviews, reporting, forecasting and performance analysis
Coordinate planning inputs from project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders
Communicate programme updates, key milestones and dependencies clearly across the project
Maintain accurate planning records and supporting documentation
Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting and project controls
What you'll bring
You'll bring experience in construction or infrastructure planning, with a solid understanding of how effective programming supports successful project delivery.
You're analytical,



organised and confident working with project teams to turn complex information into clear, practical insights.
Experience in a planning or programming role within construction or infrastructure
Strong knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and project delivery
Ability to develop, maintain and analyse detailed project programmes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
