About the Roles
As aPractice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one or more GP clinics, ensuring efficient practice management, excellent patient experiences, and strong team leadership.
As anArea Manager, you will provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple medical centres, supporting Practice Managers while driving consistency, growth, performance, and continuous improvement across the region.
About You
To be successful, you will have:




Proven experience managing General Practice or primary healthcare clinics.
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
A sound understanding of Medicare, accreditation, compliance, and practice operations.
Experience leading administrative and clinical support teams.
Excellent organisational, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience in multi-site management will be highly regarded for Area Manager applicants.
