About The Role
This casual position based in Clare offers variety and purpose, supporting people with disability across different settings.
Deliver individualised support in Hub and in-home environments
Promote independence and community inclusion
Work collaboratively with a passionate support team
Provide client transportation for community access, utilising own personal vehicle when required (reimbursements available)
Desired Skills And Experience
Knowledge, skills and experience
Lived or professional experience supporting people with disability is highly regarded
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work respectfully across diverse backgrounds
Comfortable with personal care,



mobility support and behaviour management
Reliable, flexible and committed to empowering others
What You'll Need Before Starting
Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support
Achievement of certain certifications are mandatory requirements for this role; in applying you must be willing to undertake training in fields such as medication management, NDIS Worker Orientation Modules, CPR and others
The successful applicant may be required to work Shift Work, In-Home, In-Hub and in other community settings
Driver's licence (minimum P2) and willingness to drive Novita vehicles
Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
We're serious about safeguarding our clients.
If you don't have a current NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check, we'll let you know how to obtain these prior to starting work with us.
All Novita employees are required to undertake mandatory training relevant to their role.
