Clarke Energy Australia is seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to join our EPC team supporting a major project.
Reporting to the Construction Superintendent, this FIFO role is responsible for leading site activities, coordinating contractors and suppliers, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and in accordance with project requirements.
What You'll Be Doing:
As the Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a major energy infrastructure project.
Acting as the link between project strategy and on-site execution, you will oversee daily construction activities, lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
This is a FIFO role operating on a 16 days on / 10 days off roster supporting a major project in Western Australia.Promote and actively contribute to Clarke Energy's Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture
Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure works are completed safely, on time and within project requirements
Open and close site each swing, ensuring the site remains secure and safe
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to deliver project outcomes
Conduct and record daily pre-start meetings and direct daily work activities
Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries, storage, laydown areas and equipment requirements




Conduct site inspections, field leadership activities and Safety Accountability Observations (SAOs)
Deliver toolbox talks and support ongoing safety engagement initiatives
Review and verify Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) to ensure compliance
Participate in contractor workshops and work pack development
Manage quality documentation, including ITPs and ITRs, ensuring records remain current and complete
Ensure personnel are working to the latest revision drawings and specifications
Monitor project schedules and proactively identify and communicate potential delays
Maintain accurate site diaries and project reporting
Attend project and client meetings as required
Ensure works are conducted in accordance with site management and safety plans.
What You'll Bring:
Significant industry experience, typically 5 to 10+ years in construction, mining, power generation, oil and gas, or related industries
Demonstrated experience managing projects, subcontractors and multiple work fronts
Experience overseeing budgets, resources, schedules and project delivery outcomes
Strong knowledge of Work Health and Safety legislation and compliance requirements
Civil or Mechanical trade qualifications
Qualified Statutory Supervisor under Schedule 26 of the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations **** preferred
White Card
High Risk Work Licences
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and contracts
Strong understanding of project scheduling, procurement and cost control
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills




Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
