Role Description
This is a full-time remote Consultant role focused on providing travel advice and booking services to a diverse client base.
The Consultant will manage client inquiries, assess travel needs, and recommend suitable itineraries, accommodations, and transportation options.
Day-to-day responsibilities include researching destinations and travel products, preparing quotes, processing bookings and changes, and ensuring all travel documentation is accurate and delivered on time.
The role involves maintaining ongoing communication with clients, resolving issues before and during travel, and collaborating with internal and external partners such as travel suppliers and customer support teams.
The Consultant will also contribute to improving internal processes, documenting best practices, and supporting the development of new service offerings.




Qualifications
Experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a client-facing advisory role, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
Strong research and analytical abilities to compare travel options, pricing, and policies and provide clear recommendations to clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex travel details in a simple and professional manner.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple client requests, deadlines, and follow-ups in a remote environment.
Comfort with digital tools and online booking platforms; proficiency with common office and communication software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing).
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling travel disruptions, changes, and urgent client needs.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with a geographically dispersed team.
Prior experience working remotely and across time zones is an advantage; knowledge of popular destinations and travel regulations is beneficial.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in travel, tourism, business, or a related field is a plus.
