We're looking for an experiencedHCM Lead Specialistto take ownership of our Human Capital Management platforms and play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance and continuous improvement of our Oracle HCM environment.

What You'll Be Doing
As the HCM Lead Specialist, you'll be responsible for the ongoing operation, optimisation and governance of our Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
Key responsibilities include:
HCM Platform Ownership
Act as the primary owner of Oracle HCM Cloud across Core HR, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Learning and Absence modules.
Ensure system stability, security, performance and data integrity.
Manage incidents, defects and service requests through to resolution.
Lead relationships with AMS providers and technology vendors.
Monitor service performance, SLAs and operational risks.
Coordinate quarterly releases, patches and regression testing activities.
Business Partnership
Serve as the key technology contact for People & Culture.
Translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
Provide advice on system capability, enhancements and continuous improvement opportunities.




Manage approved system enhancements and regulatory changes.
Coordinate functional design reviews, SIT and UAT activities.
Ensure successful deployment and transition into BAU support.
Governance & Risk
Ensure compliance with security, privacy and HR data governance requirements.
Support audits, controls testing and risk management activities.
Maintain documentation, operating procedures and knowledge repositories.
What You'll Bring
Robust hands-on experience supportingOracle HCM Cloudor a comparable enterprise HCM platform.
Experience operating within a vendor-led or AMS support environment.
Strong understanding of HR systems, data governance, security and access controls.
Experience managing incidents, releases, enhancements and change activities within complex enterprise environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
Highly Regarded
Experience supporting HR or ERP transformation programs.
Exposure to APAC or multi-region HCM environments.
Experience coordinating SIT and UAT activities.
