As a Senior WHS Advisor / Consultant, you'll work across a diverse portfolio of clients, helping leaders identify risks, strengthen safety performance and achieve practical business outcomes.

The Prospect
As a Senior WHS Advisor / Consultant,
you will:
Partner with a variety of clients to identify, develop and deliver WHS solutions that improve safety performance and compliance.
Design, review and implement practical WHS management systems, procedures and documentation.
Facilitate risk assessments, inspections, audits and workshops.
Deliver WHS training and coaching to leaders and employees.
Lead or support incident investigations and corrective action programs.
Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of WCA's consulting methodologies, tools and resources.

Career advancements
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in WHS/OHS preferable.
Alternatively, Bachelor' Degree in related discipline plus a Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS.
Minimum of 4+ years' experience as a WHS Generalist.
Strong knowledge and working experience of WHS Act.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including providing advice to managers and employees, and preparing reports for target audiences.
Incident investigation training (ICAM, TapRooT, or similar qualification - desirable).
Demonstrated experience developing practical WHS systems and procedures.
Demonstrated experience in risk assessments and hazard identification.
Demonstrated experience in incident investigation and reporting.
Ability to plan and prioritise own work, to take responsibility and utilise initiative for delivering work activities and projects in an effective and timely manner.
Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia.
We are considering both Full time and Part Time applications.
