Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk, you will drive quality, risk, governance and continuous improvement across aged care, community services and retirement living operations.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to embed effective quality management, audit processes, document control and customer feedback systems, while supporting risk management and investigations.
