Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Degree / Diploma in Engineering
Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or related domain
Experience in Information Management data handling - processing, interpreting, analyzing & preparing reports and presentations
Experience in any Document management applications (DMS) such as Smartplant /PIMS, others.
Understanding of Engineering documentation standards for oil & gas
Experience in handling IM assignments for Capital Projects
Experience in handover of documentation for Capital Projects to Asset operations
Stakeholder management – Customer / internal / suppliers
Experience in handling Concurrent Engineering.
Fluency in English speaking/writing.
Good-to-Have
Understanding of End-to-End Document management cycle for projects
Document management and Tag management
Good understanding in SLA/KPI reporting for deliverables
Exposure in Automation, Process improvements including Gen AI use cases
Good communication and organizing skills
Knowledge/Experience in Digital/Data Twin for O&G; customers
