About the role
Residential and FIFO opportunities available | Full time, part-time or casual | Psychologist | Provisional Psychologist | Clinical Psychologist
A psychology role designed around you.
You will provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological services within a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary environment. We recognise that every clinician brings different strengths, interests and career aspirations, and we actively support the development of a role that aligns with your professional goals. Your caseload may include therapeutic intervention, psychological assessment, parent and caregiver support, behavioural consultation, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services or other clinical areas that reflect your experience and interests. Opportunities are available to work with children, adolescents, adults or families across Medicare, NDIS, private and workplace wellbeing referral pathways. In addition to direct clinical work, you will collaborate with families, educators, health professionals and other stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients. You will be encouraged to contribute to service development, innovative programs and community initiatives, while receiving regular supervision, professional development and peer support to continue growing your clinical practice.
We're passionate about making high-quality psychological support more accessible for our regional community. We believe the best way to achieve that is by building a team of clinicians who are supported to do their best work. Whether you're passionate about therapy, assessments, neurodiversity-affirming practice, workplace wellbeing, or working with families and communities, we'll work with you to create a role that reflects your strengths, interests and professional goals. If you're looking for flexibility,
autonomy and meaningful variety in your work, we'd love to hear from you.
