The Role :
We're seeking a hands‐on Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of WestVillage and Coorparoo, balancing business‐as‐usual management with a complexstakeholder environment. You'll be empowered to drive improvements, resolvechallenges and make a visible difference across the precinct.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day‐to‐day management of West Village andCoorparoo, delivering exceptional operational, commercial and customeroutcomes.
Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts andcapital expenditure plans, ensuring solid financial performance and costcontrol.
Drive retailer engagement and performance through proactivecommunication, issue resolution and a customer‐focused approach.
Monitor centre performance, including sales trends, customerfeedback,



occupancy and key operational metrics, identifying opportunities forcontinuous improvement.
Partner with Asset Management, Leasing and Marketing teamsto support activations, events, leasing initiatives and asset enhancementopportunities.
Oversee facilities management, maintenance programs,essential services and contractor performance to ensure a safe, well‐presentedand operationally efficient environment.
Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, riskmanagement and governance requirements, maintaining accurate records andoperational documentation.
Lead the delivery of capital works, upgrades and assetinitiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to retailers, customers and trade.
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the customerexperience, strengthen retailer performance and contribute to the long‐termsuccess of the assets.
