We're currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team in our Melbourne office.
About the Role
This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various functions, providing expert guidance in areas such as talent management, organisational development, performance optimisation, and cultural initiatives.
As a true generalist position, it also spans the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to offboarding, ensuring a consistent and high-quality HR service across the business.
Additionally, this position contributes to key People & Culture projects and strategic priorities to promote a high-performing workplace.
This role will
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing proactive HR counsel on complex people-related matters to support business objectives
Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing teams, enhancing their capabilities in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
Lead and facilitate key HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, employee relations investigations, and change management initiatives
Manage end-to-end recruitment for your allocated business areas, partnering with our panel of recruitment agencies to source, screen, and secure the right talent




Analyze HR metrics and insights to inform data-driven decisions, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improving organisational effectiveness
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and strategic alignment

You are a strategic and commercially minded HR professional who thrives on partnering with leaders to drive business performance through people.
You bring strong experience in aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives and have a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
As a true generalist at heart, you're just as comfortable managing recruitment and agency relationships as you are advising on employee relations, performance, and organisational development.
You're highly organised with an eye for detail.
