This is an exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA finance transformation program within a complex enterprise environment.
As the Senior Finance Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a major transformation initiative, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams while aligning scope, timelines, budget, and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA finance transformation program.
Establishing strong program governance, planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
Partnering closely with business and technology teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
Identifying and managing program risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful delivery.




Providing regular updates and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
To be successful, you will have proven experience delivering enterprise-scale SAP S/4HANA programs, with strong program leadership across complex business transformations.
A solid understanding of finance processes, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments are essential.
This prospect is available as either a 2-year fixed-term contract or a permanent position, offering flexibility while providing the chance to make a significant impact on a high-profile transformation program.
