About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you will:
Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team.
Drive sales performance by delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving key business objectives.
Lead by example on the sales floor, inspiring the team to exceed individual and store targets.
Assist with roster management, recruitment, onboarding and team development.
Monitor and analyse retail KPIs to identify opportunities and improve store performance.
Ensure operational excellence, including inventory management, stock control and loss prevention.




Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
Take ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Previous leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader within fashion, beauty or specialty retail.
A passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.
Strong commercial awareness with experience using retail KPIs to drive business performance.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.
