The Role
As Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training and developing your sales team while driving dealership performance and maintaining a strong focus on customer service.




You will work closely with senior management and be supported by a business that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Consultants
Driving dealership performance and achieving sales targets
Coaching staff through daily training and development
Managing stock presentation and sales processes
Ensuring exceptional customer experiences from enquiry through to delivery
Working closely with senior management to continue growing the business
Building a positive, high-performance culture where people enjoy coming to work
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager or high-performing 2IC
Proven ability to motivate and develop a successful sales team
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
A passion for coaching and getting the best out of people
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Current manual driver's licence
