Superhero is an award-winning Australian investment platform built for the new generation of investors. Our mission is to make investing affordable, accessible and understandable for everyone. Today we're helping over 450,000 investors and superannuation members build their wealth, with more than $4 billion in assets under management. We're looking for sharp, collaborative minds to support our mission.
About the role
As Content Producer, you'll own how Superhero moves across social media and help build the next chapter of a brand that's changing how Australians grow their wealth.
You'll create platform-native content that generates attention, and builds our connection with a growing community of investors. From breaking market news to cultural moments, original formats and repeatable series, you'll turn ideas into creative ones that people genuinely want to watch, share and act on.
This is a rare prospect to combine creativity, storytelling and market awareness in a role where what you build doesn't just perform - it compounds.
Key responsibilities
Build a content engine that generates high-quality, high-performing creative consistently across every platform — repeatable, scalable and always progressing.
Create original formats and series that compound over time, becoming recognised parts of how people experience and grow with the Superhero brand.
Identify developments across ASX and Wall Street and translate them into engaging, digestible investor insights.
Grow audience engagement, reach and brand affinity through content that feels timely, relevant and unmistakably Superhero.
Become the person who sees what's moving first — a trusted expert in platform behaviour, social storytelling and emerging trends across social and the business.

Develop workflows and creative systems that raise the quality bar while enabling the whole team to act faster and progress further.
Drive brand awareness and community growth through content that educates, entertains, inspires and moves people to act.
Key experiences
3–6 years of hands‐on experience in social media management or content production roles, ideally for a consumer‐facing brand
Strong experience creating and publishing platform‐native content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Experienced in share trading and stock markets with a strong foundation in core investment principles.
Proven ability to build repeatable content formats and series that grow audience engagement over time
Comfortable behind the camera — able to self‐shoot, direct talent, and capture content to a high standard with minimal production support
Experience producing and editing short‐form video content independently (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Solid understanding of social platform algorithms, content trends, and audience growth strategies
Experience working in fintech, financial services, or finance media is highly desirable
Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools or native platform insights
About you
You enjoy owning content end‐to‐end, from ideation through to publishing and optimisation
You have a strong creative instinct and a sharp eye for what performs on each platform
You are culturally aware and able to move quickly on trends and market moments

You collaborate well with brand, marketing, and product teams
You are organised and comfortable managing a high‐volume content calendar across multiple platforms
You care about building an audience that genuinely connects with a brand — not just chasing metrics
What we offer
Aside from a market‐leading salary package, you'll gain global market experience and work with talented peers at a company leading the convergence of tech and financial services. We offer a balanced and flexible work‐life environment through our office‐first hybrid model, a modern CBD office with snacks, drinks and a welcoming atmosphere, and an Employee Assistance Program providing mental wellbeing resources and therapy.
Our Values
Our values guide every decision, every product, and every conversation.
We do the right things, always: We lead with transparency and accountability and always do what's right for our customers.
We're never done: We have a bias for action and a hunger for growth.
There's no 'i' hero: We're team‐first and believe in owning the problem and sharing our success together.
We innovate courageously: We start with "how" and "why not" and we don't settle for the status quo.
We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and believe that different perspectives lead to better outcomes. If you're passionate, innovative, and aligned with our values, we're excited to have you on board. Help us shape the future of fintech investment and empower our clients to achieve their financial goals.
Ready to be a Superhero?
Apply now, we're excited to see your work!
You will need to have the rights to legally work in Australia, sponsorship options are not available for this role. No recruiters, please.
