ELG Australia is seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our growing management teams across our venues, including our Applecross locations.
We are looking for leaders at various levels who are passionate about hospitality, committed to operational excellence, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for both guests and team members.
Our venues are recognised for exceptional food, beverage, service, and atmosphere. As part of our leadership team, you will play an important role in maintaining our standards, supporting our people, and contributing to the continued success and growth of ELG Australia.
About the Role
As part of the ELG Australia management team, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of our venues while delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and creating a positive workplace culture.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity suited to hospitality professionals who enjoy being on the floor, developing teams, solving problems, and ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience.
You will work closely with venue leadership and senior management to support operational performance across service, events, team development, and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
Support daily venue operations across restaurant, bar, events, and service areas.
Lead, coach,



and support team members to achieve outstanding service standards.
Create memorable guest experiences through solid leadership and attention to detail.
Assist with team training, development, and performance coaching.
Support effective rostering, staffing, and service flow.
Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture.
Ensure exceptional venue presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Support compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, workplace health and safety, and company procedures.
Assist with managing guest feedback and resolving service challenges professionally.
Work collaboratively with management teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
About You
You are a hospitality professional who brings energy, professionalism, and confidence to every shift. You enjoy leading people, creating great experiences, and being part of a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.
You will bring:
Proven experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory roles.
Strong communication and people management skills.
The ability to lead by example and inspire those around you.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a busy environment.




A genuine passion for hospitality and customer experience.
A proactive approach with strong accountability and initiative.
The ability to work collaboratively within a leadership team.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Approved Manager Card (where required)
Food Safety Certificate
Desirable
First Aid Certificate
Previous experience in high-volume hospitality venues

These roles require flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays in line with business trading requirements.
While opportunities are available across our Applecross venues, successful applicants may also be considered for roles across other ELG Australia locations, including Hillarys, Iluka, Yanchep, and Sorrento.
