JV Crash Repairs Automotive Group has been an innovator in the automotive industry for over 40 years. We have full time position available for an experienced Site Manager
JV Crash Repairs Automotive Group is growing its business and opening a new shop in Two Wells.
The Role:
Organise Team and workflow through workshop
Production scheduling
Ensure quality repairs are completed to scope within time frame
Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity
Check repairs are completed as per job sheet and, complete final quality sign off
Meet KPI's / monthly targets
Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times
You will have:
Previous experience in a leadership capacity (preferable)
Qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (desirable)




Outstanding technical knowledge of automotive structure and car body parts
A comprehensive understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques
Excellent organization, time management skills
High ability to communicate
A focus on site safety, workflow and productivity
Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
