Basis Theory is seeking a Payments-focused Support Engineer in Australia who will own end-to-end troubleshooting for customers integrating Basis Theory's programmable vaults into payment stacks. You'll work with fintechs, merchants, and platforms, diagnosing issues across card tokenization, PSPs, and PCI compliance, while acting as a trusted advisor to customers after onboarding.
You'll collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve documentation and resolve complex payment flows,
