We're looking for an Intake Officer to play a vital role in supporting aged and disability clients to live well, with dignity, independence and community connection.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Intake Officer, you will:
Manage day-to-day referral and intake process
Respond to incoming referrals and initiate contact with clients/and or carers
Registering clients in our client management system
Providing exceptional customer service to external customers
Liaising with relevant internal staff regarding acceptance, allocation, transition and exits.
What we are looking for:
Exceptional customer service and a high level of professionalism




Organised with exceptional time management skills and the ability to deal with multiple priorities
Interpersonal skills that enable strong relationships to be built with stakeholders
Self-motivated and outcome orientated
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
Previous experience in administration
