MLG OZ is seeking a hands-on Data Analyst for a 12-month contract to lead data migration and cleansing within a major workforce management and payroll systems transformation. You will own data migration workstreams and partner with Payroll, Finance and IT to ensure data is accurate, validated and ready for migration into the new HCM platform.
The role emphasizes building ETL pipelines, cleansing payroll and workforce data, and providing explicit reporting on data quality and migration progress.
