About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Head Office team in Edwardstown. This full-time position offers variety, independence, and the chance to play a key role in supporting both our customers and internal operations.
As part of our close-knit team, you'll be a friendly voice and reliable support that helps keep everything running smoothly - from processing orders to supporting customers and assisting with credit control. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email in a professional, friendly manner
Accurately manage customer orders from entry through to invoicing
Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
Maintain clear,



effective communication with customers and internal teams
Assist with accounts receivable, including customer follow-ups and managing payment terms
Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure a seamless order fulfilment process
Skills & Experience
Strong administrative experience, ideally in a customer service or order-processing role
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP systems) is a plus
A natural problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
A team player who also works well independently and takes initiative
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with large product ranges and inventory is highly advantageous
