One of Australia's most exciting insurance businesses, helping insurance brokers streamline the way they manage and grow their businesses through innovative AI. With over 1,000 brokers already using the platform and strong growth across Australia and New Zealand, they have built a product that genuinely solves problems for its customers.
As the business continues to scale, they're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to support inbound enquiries, strengthen existing customer relationships and identify opportunities to upgrade users onto premium solutions.
What are the benefits?
Salary of $120,000 + super
Hybrid working with 2-3 days in the Chermside co-working office and the remainder from home

What will you be doing?
Manage inbound enquiries from brokers through the UpSure platform
Build strong relationships with existing and prospective broker partners
Help customers get the most value from the platform by identifying suitable upgrades
Make regular check-in calls to existing brokers and maintain engagement
Resolve customer enquiries and provide an exceptional service experience
Work closely with the founder to support the continued growth of the business
What do you need?
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people over the phone
A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently
Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
A proactive approach with solid problem-solving abilities
Insurance industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential
A desire to build a long-term career with a fast-growing business
