Chandler Macleod is partnering with a well-established business in Adelaide's inner North-West to recruit an experienced Transport Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a team of drivers, oversee fleet operations, and ensure the safe, efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a team of drivers
Manage fleet compliance, maintenance, and safety requirements across company-owned vehicles and contractor fleets.
Coordinate and optimise delivery schedules and routes




Ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
Maintain compliance with WHS and transport regulations
Support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute transport strategies that drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes
About You
Previous leadership experience in transport, logistics, or a similar operational workplace
Strong communication and people management skills
Knowledge of fleet management and WHS compliance
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
