About This Role
Your new role:
As the Facility Supervisor, you will coordinate facility operations and provide leadership to ensure the smooth delivery of administrative and maintenance services across the MASS facility.
Lead and support a small administrative team while coordinating day-to-day facility operations, maintenance activities and contractor performance.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and service providers to ensure facility issues are resolved efficiently and operational needs are met.
Oversee administrative systems, procurement processes, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives that support effective facility management.
About You
You're a collaborative and organised professional who enjoys coordinating people, processes and facilities to achieve positive operational outcomes.
Demonstrated experience coordinating facility management activities, including planned and reactive maintenance, contractor management and operational support.
Proven ability to supervise staff, prioritise workloads and foster a positive, high-performing team setting.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
