Head Chef – Join Our Growing Hospitality Group
We're on the hunt for a passionate, driven and hands‐on Head Chef to lead one of our busy venues and be part of a growing hospitality group that values outstanding food, great people, and great culture.
This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in consistency and quality, and knows how to build and lead a high‐performing kitchen team.
About the Role
As Head Chef, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen, from service to strategy. You'll be supported by an experienced operations team, while having the autonomy to lead your team and drive standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing a strong, motivated kitchen team
Managing day-to-day kitchen operations and service




Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Stock control, ordering, and cost management
Rostering and labor control
Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Contributing to menu development and seasonal updates
About You
You're a natural leader who leads from the front and sets the tone in the kitchen.
You will have:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume venue
Strong leadership and team development skills
Solid understanding of food cost control and kitchen financials
A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
Excellent organisational and communication skills
