Liverpool Hospital's Perioperative Unit is a very unique service consisting of Pre Admission Clinics, Perioperative Unit and Surgical Short Stay Units.
We work together as a team to provide pre and post operative care for patients across all surgical specialties.
Deliver high quality care across the Perioperative and Surgical Short Stay services.
Work alongside multidisciplinary teams in dynamic and busy clinical settings.
Broaden your clinical skills through exposure to all surgical specialties through providing pre and post operative care.
Contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes across our services.

Selection Criteria

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Describe a time you provided pre- or post-operative care in a busy clinical environment.

What was the outcome?
Give an example of how you have worked effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
How did your communication and collaboration contribute to a positive patient outcome?
