About the role
This is a full time fixed term position until 8 January ****. The Operations Lead supports the delivery of transport network operations by coordinating activities within the DTP Transport Operations Centre. The role provides operational advice, supports team delivery, manages competing priorities and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective service outcomes.
The position contributes to incident management, reporting, systems monitoring, procedures and team capability. It also provides leadership and support to staff, promoting a secure, inclusive and collaborative environment while ensuring operational requirements are met.

Qualifications and experience
You'll bring:
Experience working in an operational customer service environment (mandatory).
Understanding of, and experience working with, transport operators including public transport and roads.

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
