About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our Vehicles. As Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of mechanics, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team of mechanics and workshop staff.
Nurture a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs on all company vehicles.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Ensure accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.




Continuously improve processes and promote innovation.
Qualifications and Experience
Trade qualification as a HD Mechanic or related trade.
Experience in a similar supervisory role.
Strong understanding of heavy vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures including electronic diagnostics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
HR license and forklift ticket ideal, but not essential.
