About the Role
We are actively seeking skilled Senior Business/Financial Analyststo take on a pivotal role in delivering high‐quality analytics for our projects and client engagements specifically within financial services. As part of our collaborative consulting team, you'll engage in a variety of accounting and consulting activities, all while making a real impact on the financial health of clients in the aged care and disability sectors.
Building and developing financial models, performing analysis, and presenting findings for clients
Conducting data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting to generate strategic insights
Applying professional skepticism to ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial and operational analysis
Communicating with clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
Supporting project delivery, collaborating closely with senior leadership and clients
Driving the use of AI technologies to improve efficiency in analysis, forecasting, and reporting,
embedding automation and intelligence into business processes
Support and supervise junior team members while ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in financial or data analysis, consulting, statistics, or a related role
Experience in consulting or professional services, particularly in the aged care industry, is highly regarded
Exceptional communication and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain robust client relationships while managing multiple projects
Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint & BI skills
AI and machine learning experience to identify patterns, forecast trends, and support data‐driven strategic recommendations.
