About the Chance
We're partnering with a purpose-led organisation seeking an engaging Disability Inclusion Facilitator to deliver interactive workshops to primary school students across Sydney.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys educating and inspiring young people, whether you're a former teacher, currently studying education, or have experience presenting to groups. Using your lived experience of disability, you'll help create more inclusive school communities while building meaningful relationships with teachers and students.
The position offers excellent flexibility, working during school hours (approximately 8:30am-4:00pm), with a minimum commitment of three days per week.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver engaging disability inclusion workshops to students from Years 1-7 across Sydney schools.
Build genuine relationships with teachers, students and school communities.
Facilitate both in-person and virtual presentations.




Represent the organisation professionally while gathering feedback and maintaining high-quality workshop delivery.
Travel throughout the Sydney metropolitan area to deliver sessions.
About You
You have lived experience of disability and are comfortable sharing your personal journey to promote inclusion and understanding.
You're naturally engaging, personable and able to connect with both children and educators.
Experience in teaching, education, training, facilitation or public speaking is highly regarded. This role would suit former teachers or those currently studying to become teachers.
You're organised, adaptable and enjoy working independently.
You're willing to learn and confidently deliver a suite of seven interactive workshops.
You're eligible to obtain a Working With Children Check.
Access to reliable transport is required.
What's on Offer
Casual role with flexible scheduling (minimum 3 days per week, up to 5 days).
