Orrcon Steel Manufacturing, part of BlueScope, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Production Operations Team based in O'Sullivans Beach. You will coach and empower Production Operators across manufacturing areas, ensuring secure, efficient and on-time delivery of products to customers.
This hands-on leadership role requires collaboration with Planning, Maintenance and Despatch, and offers a rotating schedule: one week on day shift and one week on afternoon shift, plus a monthly RDO.
